Effect of Seedling Density Paclobutrazol Consistency and Treatment Time on Seedling Quality of Tomato

摘要: 利用三元二次旋转回归设计研究了幼苗密度及多效唑对番茄幼苗质量的影响。多效唑能抑制番茄幼苗徒长,幼苗密度越低,受抑制程度越强烈;无论幼苗密度高低,多效唑均能提高幼苗光合作用强度;多效唑处理使幼苗中脯氨酸含量提高,幼苗密度高、多效唑用量多时,幼苗脯氨酸含量增加幅度大,应视为幼苗受胁迫表现。生产中不宜采用高密度、大剂量多效唑处理进行育苗

Abstract: The experiment was designed in squaring and regressive rotation with three factors to study the effect of seedling density and paclobutrazol and its applied time on seedling quality.Paclobutrazol can retard seedling futile growth more strongly under normal density than under high density.Paclobutrazol can increase the rate of photosynthesis of seedling under both low and high density.Paclobutrazol also can increase proline amount containd in seedling,especially under high density and high paclobutrazol consistency,the proline amount is intensively increased.This means that seedling was stressed.During raise seedling the method to apply a deal of paclobutrazol to retard fugile growth is not appropriate.
