不同温度下青虾幼体耗氧率的测定

摘要: 不同温度下测定青虾(日本沼虾)(MacrobrachiumnipponenseDeHaan)幼体的耗氧率和呼吸系数,在24~32℃下的耗氧率随温度的升高而增高,其湿重耗氧率的回归方程为:y=-4.5383+0.3888x;其干重耗氧率的回归方程为:y=-13.2200+1.1875x.在24℃、28℃和32℃条件下,青虾幼体的呼吸系数分别为0.71、0.76、0.70.

Abstract: The oxygen consumption rate and breath coefficient of Macrobrachium nipponense(De Haan)in different temperature were determined.The results showed that the oxygen consumption rate rised when the temperature rised during 24-32℃,the linear regression equation of wet weight was: y=-4.5383+0.3888x, and the linear regression equation of dry weight was: y=-13.2200+1.1875x.
