苹果轮纹烂果病生物防治研究初报

Preliminary Studies on the Biological Control of Ring Rot of Apple Fruit

摘要: 1990~1992年在郑州进行的室内和田间试验结果表明,生物药剂中生菌素751和抗生素B-903对苹果轮纹病离体培养的菌落有一定的抑菌作用,抑菌圈直径为11.77~18.70mm;田间将生物药剂与波尔多液交替使用后,经“751”100倍液防治的轮纹病烂果率低于化学农药处理,且对早期落叶斑点病有明显的抑制作用。贮藏前用751的复配剂QGF处理后,获得了满意的防病保鲜效果。

Abstract: Ring rot of apple fruit is one of the important apple diseases in Henan province. Experiments on the biological control of ring rot of apple fruit were carried out in laboratory and field in Zhengzhou from 1990 to 1992. The results showed that antibiotics 751 and B 903 have bacteriostatic action for Physalospora piricola. The bacteriostatic diameters were 11.77mm - 18.70mm. The rate of rot apple fruits and the number of spot in leaves treated with antibiotic 751 (100 time of ferment solution) and Bordeaux mixture alternately were lower than that treated with chemicals. The treatment of apple fruits with QGF (a compound of antibiotic 751) before storage resulted in controling diseases of the fruits and keeping them fresh more effectively.
