摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为寻找玉米鞘腐病的生物防治资源,采用平板对峙法,从玉米田土壤中分离筛选到一株对层出镰刀菌具有拮抗作用的细菌菌株YM-8,该菌株对禾谷镰刀菌、新月弯孢菌、串珠镰刀菌、灰霉病菌等均有不同程度的抑制作用.通过形态学、生理生化特征及16S rDNA、gyrA、gyrB 序列分析,YM-8菌株鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌.

Abstract: In order to obtain some new biocontrol resources of corn shealth rot,a bacterial strain YM-8,which showed the inhibitory activity against Fusarium proliferatum, was isolated from the corn field by the confrontation culture. It was also displayed that Fusarium graminearum,Curvularia lunata,Fusarium moniliforme and Botrytis cinerea were also significantly inhibited to varying degrees. YM-8 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens by its morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties, 16S rDNA sequence, gyrA and gyrB sequence analysis.
