缺钙时镧、铈对黄瓜白菜的生长及根系碱性磷酸酶活性的影响

摘要: 在缺钙营养液中加入La3+ 、Ce3+,对黄瓜、白菜的生长产生有利影响,缺钙症状减轻,鲜重、株高、叶绿素、蛋白质含量均比缺钙培养有所提高.La3+、Ce3+可抑制根中碱性磷酸酶活性的升高.缺钙处理数天后,补加La3+、Ce3+也可减缓碱性磷酸酶活性的升高.这些生理作用与Ca2+的作用相类似.

关键词: 镧, 铈, 钙, 碱性磷酸酶

Abstract: Addition of La3+,Ce3+ to the culture solution deficient in Ca2+ is benificial to the growth of cucumber and Chinese cabbage, relieves the sym-ptom of Ca2+ starvation,increases the fresh weight,plant height,and the amount of chlorophyll and protein, La3+,Ce3+can inhibit the increase of the activity of alkaline phosphatase in root due to calcium starvation, The readdition of La3+,Ce3+can also inhibit the continuous increase of alkaline phosphatase activity under the condition of Cat+starvation for several days, The effects of Lag+,Ce3+are similar to Ca2+.
