摘要: 利用同工酶的电泳分析方法,探讨大豆种间杂交后代的进化与酶谱变化的相关性,证明酶带数目的增加与种皮颜色的进化、百粒重的提高、偏母型的增加呈正相关.具突变酶带者有可能获得优良的突变体,为育种提供丰富的中间材料.

关键词: 大豆, 酯酶同工酶, 突变体, 相关性

Abstract: Electrophoretic analysis on isocnzymes was used to explore the correlation between the evolution of soybean interspecific hybrid progeny and the change of zymograms. It showed that the increase of enzyme bands was positively correlated with the evolution of the seed shell colour, the increase of 100-kernel weight,and the increase of matroclinal types. It is possible to obtain superior mutants from the material with the mutant enzyme bands, thus providing ample intermediate material for breeding.
