不同栽植密度对引种欧李光合特性的影响

Effect of Different Planting Densities on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Introduced Cerasus humilis

摘要: 通过大田试验比较不同栽植密度欧李的光合特性,以探讨将欧李引种到汉源地区的适合密度,为生产上高产栽培提供依据。试验设置引种欧李的栽植密度为T1(1.0 m×1.0 m)、T2(1.0 m×0.5 m)、T3(0.5 m×0.5 m),对其进行光合测定。结果表明:3个不同栽植密度欧李的Pn、Gs、Tr与WUE的日变化均呈现双峰曲线,有明显的午休现象,Pn与Gs峰值分别出现在10:00和16:00,谷值出现在14:00;T1的Tr峰值分别出现在10:00和16:00,T2与T3的Tr峰值出现在10:00和14:00,谷值均出现在12:00;3个密度的WUE日变化的峰值均出现在12:00和16:00,谷值出现在14:00;Ci日变化呈现凹形曲线;光响应中,T2的AQY和Rd最大,T1的LSP最高、LCP最低;CO2响应中,T1的CCP及Rp最大;不同密度叶绿素含量a/b大小为:T2 > T1 > T3。3个不同栽植密度中,T2的净光合速率较高,对弱光的利用能力最强,对低浓度CO2的利用率最高,即此密度下的欧李光合效率最高。因此,建议在汉源地区种植欧李密度为1.0 m×0.5 m。

Abstract: Through field trials comparing different planting density the photosynthetics characteristics of Cerasus humilis, to discuss will be the introduction to the Hanyuan areas suitable for density, provide the basis for production of high yield cultivation. The sample is divided into three parts, respectively set the planting density is 1.0 m×1.0 m (T1), 0.5 m×1.0 m (T2) and 0.5 m×0.5 m (T3).Test the Cerasus humilis for photosynthesis. The result of the research showed that different density of Cerasus humilis leaves the diurnal changes of Pn curves were typical of the Shuangfeng curve. There was a clear lunch break phenomenon. The Pn and Gs of Cerasus humilis peaks respectively at 10:00 and 16:00,and the valley value appears at 14:00. The Tr peak of T1 was at 10:00 and 16:00,and the Tr peak of T2 and T3 appears at 10:00 and 14:00,and the valley value appears at 12:00.The three dimensions of WUE day change peaks at 12:00 and 16:00,and the valley value appears at 14:00.Ci was a concave curve. In the light response,T2's AQY and Rd were the largest, with the lowest LSP in T1 and the lowest LCP.In CO2 response, the CCP and Rp of T1 were the largest. Different density chlorophyll content of a/b was T2 > T1 > T3. In summary, three different planting densities, 1.0 m×0.5 m of net photosynthetic rate was higher, the use of weak light and low concentration CO2 rate was the highest, which indicated that the density of Prunus humilis synthetic efficiency was the highest.Therefore,it is suggested to plant Cerasus humilis in Hanyuan as 1.0 m×0.5 m.
