摘要： 研究比较不同物质恢复老化种子活力的能力,可为老化种子活力的恢复和种质资源安全保藏提供依据.采用单因子试验设计,以2个经多年低温储藏的萝卜品种的种子为材料,使用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA₃)、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、15%多效唑可湿性粉剂、水杨酸(SA)、磷酸二氢钾(KH₂PO₄)、聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液单 独处理一定时间,在同样条件下发芽,测量种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数,研究不同植物生长调节剂或化学物质对老化萝卜种子活力恢复的影响.结果表明,GA₃、6-BA、NAA、SA、KH₂PO₄、PEG均能在不同程度上恢复老化萝卜种子活力,且300 mg/L的PEG和100 mg/L的GA₃效果最好.对于基础活力较高的种子,使用GA₃处理效果最好,而对于基础活力低的种子使用PEG处理恢复效果更优,这可能是由于老化程度不同种子内部的生理生化状态不同引起的.

Abstract: Comparing their ability of different plant growth regulators to restore the vigor of aging seeds will provide evidence for the recovery of aging seeds vigor and germplasm resources conservation.The aged seeds of two radish cultivars were treated by 7 plant growth regulators or chemicals,including gibberellins(GA₃),6-benzyladenine(6-BA),1-Naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA),15% paclobutrazol WP,salicylic acid(SA),KH₂PO₄ and polyethylene glycol(PEG)at different concentrations.The germination potential,germination percentage,germination index and vigor index were employed to evaluate their effects on seed vigor recovery.The results showed that GA₃,6-BA,NAA,SA,KH₂PO₄ and PEG improved the seed vigor to some extent,and the effects of 300 mg/L PEG and 100 mg/L GA₃ treatments were better than that of other methods.And if the seed basic vigor is high,GA₃ treatment can get the best effect,and for the lower vigor seeds,the effect of PEG treatment is better.This result may be due to the aging degree of different seeds which have different physiological and biochemical status inside.
