外界因素对徐紫薯3号产量与花青素积累的影响

The Impact of External Factors on Sweetpotato Yields and Anthocyanin Accumulation in Xuzishu 3

摘要: 徐紫薯3号具有花青素含量高、萌芽性好、耐储存,综合农艺性状良好等优点.为明确外界因素对该品种的影响,有利于进一步完善栽培措施从而提高该品种的产量以及花青素含量.利用正交试验研究激素(乙烯和赤霉素)、矿质元素(氯化钙和磷酸二氢钾)以及不同栽插期对徐紫薯3号鲜薯产量、薯块花青素含量和薯块花青素产量的影响.结果表明:提早栽插(5月10日)并施用1.5 kg/hm2的赤霉素和3.0 kg/hm2的磷酸二氢钾能显著提高徐紫薯3号的鲜薯产量;推迟栽插期(6月10日)并无需激素和矿质元素处理时,可以提高徐紫薯3号收获时的花青素含量;而提早栽插(5月10日)并施用1.5 kg/hm2的乙烯则能显著提高徐紫薯3号花青素的产量.

Abstract: Xuzishu 3 is charactered as high anthocyanin content,good germination,nice storage and high agronomic quality.Identification of influence of external factors on it will be beneficial to improve cultivation method for increasing the sweetpotato yield and anthocyanin content.In this study,we studied the impact of hormone (ethylene and GA),mineral elements (calcium chloride and potassium dihydrogen phosphate) and different planting time on sweetpotato yields,anthocyanin content and anthocyanin yields by orthogonal experiment.The results showed:Early planting (May 10) and using 1.5 kg/ha GA and 3.0 kg/ha potassium dihydrogen phosphate could significantly improve sweetpotato yields of Xuzishu 3;delaying planting time (June 10) without hormone and mineral elements treatment could improve the tuber anthocyanin content of Xuzishu 3 during harvest;early planting and application of 1.5 kg/ha ethylene could significantly improve tuber anthocyanin yields of Xuzishu 3.
