有机无机肥施用比例及氮肥运筹对茄果产量与品质的影响

Effects of Combined Application of Organic and Inorganic Fertilizer and Nitrogen Management on Yield and Quality of Eggplant

摘要: 为了探明中南丘陵区茄子高效优质栽培的施肥新技术,以早红茄1号为材料,通过田间试验,研究了在控制总施氮量135 kg/hm2前提下,有机氮肥与无机氮肥不同比例配施及氮肥运筹对茄果产量与品质的影响。结果表明,移栽后75 d时以25%有机氮肥+75%无机氮肥处理苗高、茎直径均最高,且该处理实测产量和茄果数量高于其他处理;由“施肥量-产量”模型分析,发现25.8%有机氮肥+74.2%无机氮肥配施,可使模型达到最高产量,而19%有机氮肥+81%无机氮肥配施,不仅可获取最佳经济效益,而且无明显减产;无机肥梯度增施或采收期追肥,均可不同程度降低茄果中可溶性糖、Vc含量,而增加亚硝酸盐含量。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore optimized technology of nitrogen management,Zaohongqie No.1 was employed in the field experiment to investigate effects of combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizer and nitrogen management on yield and quality under the condition of 135 kg/ha was application.The results showed that the combined application of 25% organic fertilizer and 75% inorganic fertilizer harvested the highest plant height and stem diameter,and the eggplant yield and number of which was higher than other treatments.Based on the model of nitrogen amount-eggplant yield,we found that combined application of 25.8% organic fertilizer and 74.2% inorganic fertilizer harvested the highest yield,however,the combined application of 19% organic fertilizer and 81% inorganic fertilizer could captured both of the best economic benefit and higher yield.Either added nitrogen amount or fertilized during harvest-time not only reduced the content of soluble sugar and vitamin C but also increased the content of nitrite.
