钼氮配施对烤烟光合作用及可溶性糖含量的影响

Effects of Molybdenum and Nitrogen Combined Application on the Net Photosynthesis and Soluble Sugar in Flue-Cured Tobacco

摘要: 采用盆栽试验研究钼氮配施对烟叶叶绿素含量、光合参数和可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,钼氮配施对叶绿素含量有显著的交互效应,在低氮水平下(N1,0.06 g/kg),施钼降低了叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量,且在钼水平为0.3 mg/kg时达到显著水平;在N2 (0.24 g/kg)和N3 (0.42 g/kg)水平下,施钼有提高叶绿素a、b含量的趋势;施氮显著影响团棵期烤烟叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,3个氮水平下,施钼均有提高烤烟团棵期叶片光合速率(Pn)的趋势。钼氮配合对烤烟成熟期中上部叶可溶性糖含量有显著交互作用,N2水平下,施钼增加了烤烟成熟期上、中、下部叶片可溶性糖含量。因此,合理的钼氮配施是提高烤烟产量和品质的一个有效途径。

Abstract: A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of molybdenum and nitrogen combined application on chlorophyll contents, photosynthesis and soluble sugar in flue-cured tobacco.The results showed the interaction effect between that Mo and N was significant on chlorophyll contents in flue-cured tobacco.Molybdenum application decreased chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b contents under N1 (0.06 g/kg) level, and increased chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b contents under N2 (0.24 g/kg) and N3 (0.42 g/kg) levels.Mo application increased net photosynthetic rate (Pn) under 3 different nitrogen levels at rosette stage.Significant interaction effect between molybdenum and nitrogen was observed on soluble sugar contents of flue-cured tobacco at maturity stage.Mo application increased significantly increased soluble sugar contents of upper leaf, middle leaf and lower leaf of flue-cured tobacco at maturity stage.Consequently, reasonable molybdenum and nitrogen combined application is an effective method that can improve yields and quality of flue-cured tobacco.
