Agronomic Characteristics and ISSR Molecular Marker Analysis of Different Alfalfa Varieties

摘要: 从农艺性状和ISSR分子标记两方面来对苜蓿进行研究。通过对苜蓿8个农艺性状之间的相关性进行分析,结果发现苜蓿的鲜草产量均与株高和再生速率密切相关,而干草产量不仅与株高和再生速率有关,还与鲜干比紧密相关。通过对26份苜蓿品系的8个农艺性状和ISSR扩增结果分别做聚类分析,2种分析方法虽然都将26个苜蓿品系聚为4大类,但农艺性状聚类结果主要与不同苜蓿品系对种植当地条件的适应性及秋眠级别相关,而ISSR分子标记聚类结果则主要与不同苜蓿品系的遗传背景相关。

Abstract: The article was mainly studied from agronomic characteristics and ISSR molecular markers of alfalfa.Analyzed from the correlation of eight agronomic characteristics of alfalfa, it was found that fresh yield of alfalfa was closely related to plant height and rate of regrowth, and hay yield of alfalfa was not only related to plant height and rate of regrowth, but also closed with ratio of dry weight to green weight.By cluster of eight agronomic characteristics and ISSR amplification results, 26 alfalfa varieties were divided into four groups with methods, the cluster result of agronomic characteristics was mainly related to adaptability to local conditions and fall dormancy level of different alfalfa varieties, however, the cluster result of ISSR molecular markers was mainly related to genetic background of different alfalfa varieties.
