The Application of Detection Fragrance Rice Fgr with Tetra Primer Amplification Refractory Mutation System PCR

摘要: 根据米香基因的测序结果,设计了4对引物,在0.8%琼脂糖上电泳检测Fgr基因。结果表明,该方法较好地检测粳稻和籼稻米香基因(Fgr),为大规模进行分子标记辅助育种提供有效手段。

Abstract: Fgr gene is a major effect gene that controls fragrance trait in rice.The aim of this study was to establish a tetra primer ARMS PCR method for the detection of Fgr.According the sequence of the fragrance rice material,were four primer designed for detection fragrance rice Fgr in 0.8% agarose electrophoresis.The result showed that the method was efficient in detection Fgr and provided the better method for MAS.
