盐胁迫下芽孢杆菌对黄瓜灰霉病的防治作用

Biological Suppression of Grey Mold of Cucumber by Bacillus RCl under Saline Soil Conditions

摘要: 为探讨盐渍环境中益微菌与病原菌的相互作用关系,研究了不同海盐浓度对BacillusRC1的抗菌活性及防治黄瓜灰霉病效果的影响。结果表明,BacillusRC1无菌过滤液抑制B.cinerea的生长,随着无菌过滤液浓度的提高,对B.cinerea生长的抑制作用增强;在PDB培养液中的生长情况表明,2%,4%,8%的海盐均影响BacillusRC1菌株的生长;随着海盐浓度的提高,BacillusRC1对B.cinerea生长的抑制作用减弱。离体叶片及幼苗法研究表明,BacillusRC1对黄瓜灰霉病的防治效果随着海盐浓度的提高而降低。

Abstract: Effects of different salt concentrations on the antibacterial activity and the control on cucumber greymold of Bacillus RCl were studied. The results showed that the aseptic culture filtrate of the strain suppressed thegrowth of hyphae of B. ciuerea the inhibition effect against B. ciuerea was enhanced with the increase of the concentra-tion of the aseptic culture filtrate. The growth of Bacillus RC1 was impacted by sea salt of 2% 4% and 8%.The inhi-bition effect of Bacillus RC1 against growth of hyphae of B.ciuerea was impacted under saline conditionsIt was de-creased with the increase of concentration of sea salt. The control effect of Bacillus RC1 on grey mold of cucumber wasdecreased with the increase of concentration of sea salt.
