鸡TLR3基因序列特性分析

摘要: TLR3是发现的TLR家族中识别dsRNA的唯一成员,越来越多的数据显示TLR3基因具有重要的抗病毒感染的功能,而关于鸡TLR3的研究较少。本研究通过生物信息学进行了鸡TLR3基因的序列特性分析。结果表明,鸡TLR3至少有两种转录产物,均包含4个编码外显子,一种预测1个896氨基酸蛋白,另一种为缺失大部分外显子3的可变剪接产物,预测编码1个214氨基酸蛋白。TLR3序列比较分析表明,TLR3基因物种间的核苷酸同源性高于氨基酸序列,利用不同物种的TLR3氨基酸进行进化分析,表明TLR3氨基酸序列可很好反映物种间的遗传距离。

Abstract: TLR3 was the only member of recognizing dsRNA more and more data showed that TLR3 had impor-tant antivirus infection function,while the research on chicken TLR3 was relatively few. By biology informatics anal-ysis we conducted the study on chicken TLR3 sequence characteristics. It was found that chicken TLR3 had at leasttwo transcripts both of which consisted of four coding exons one predicted an 896 amino acid protein,another tran-script were deleted most exon 3,predicted one 214 amino acids protein. Comparsion analysis showed that the homol-ogy of chicken TLR3 amino acid sequence among species was higher than that nucleotide sequence. Evolution analy-sis showed that TLR3 amino acid sequence could reflect the genetic distance among species effectively.
