马铃薯淀粉浓缩蛋白复合饲料对良凤花肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响

Study on Effect of Compound Protein Feedstuff of the Highly Concentrated Potato Starch on Growth and Slaughter Performance of Liangfeng Chicken

摘要: 旨在研究马铃薯淀粉浓缩蛋白替代日粮中豆粕对良凤花肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响。选用初始体重相近的180只1日龄的健康雏鸡,随机分成4组,每组45只,设3个重复,每个重复15只。以玉米豆粕型饲料作为肉鸡基础饲粮,逐级增加马铃薯淀粉浓缩蛋白的添加量,来替代基础饲粮中豆粕的相应含量,试验期42 d。前期肉鸡的日增重,各试验组均显著高于对照组(P< 0.05)。前期,试验组Ⅰ与试验组Ⅱ效果基本一致,差异不明显(P> 0.05),后期,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ之间差异明显(P< 0.05),全期,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ之间差异明显(P< 0.05)。任何时期,试验组Ⅲ均显著高于试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ(P <0.05);后期,试验组Ⅲ显著高于试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ(P< 0.05)。前期和后期肉鸡的采食量,各试验组均显著高于对照组(P< 0.05)。前期,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ之间差异不显著(P > 0.05),后期,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ之间差异明显(P<0.05),全期,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ之间差异明显(P<0.05)。任何时期,试验组Ⅲ均显著高于试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ(P<0.05)。浓缩蛋白的添加量对肉鸡料重比影响试验中、前期,试验组均低于对照组,试验组之间差异不显著(P > 0.05);后期,对照组与试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ之间差异不显著(P > 0.05),试验组Ⅲ料肉比明显低于对照组、试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ,3个试验组前期和后期的料肉比均以试验组Ⅲ最低。通过屠宰性能试验发现,体重、屠体率、全净膛率、半净膛率、腿肌率和胸肌率在对照组和试验组之间差异不显著(P > 0.05);pH值在对照组与试验组Ⅰ之间差异极显著(P < 0.01),对照组与试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ之间差异显著(P <0.05),试验组Ⅱ与试验组Ⅲ之间差异不显著(P > 0.05);剪切力在对照组和试验组Ⅰ之间差异不显著(P > 0.05),而且试验组Ⅲ明显低于对照组及其他试验组。结果表明:随着马铃薯淀粉浓缩蛋白在肉鸡基础日粮中替代豆粕的比例的增加,日增重、采食量有所改善,料肉比呈下降趋势;添加4%~12%马铃薯浓缩蛋白于肉鸡基础日粮中,具有明显的饲养效果。

Abstract: 180 one-day-old Liangfeng chicken were selected and randomly divided into four groups,the chicken were fed with the daily ration for 42 days,in which the soybean meal was substituted with the different concentration of potato protein. The growth and slaughter performance of chicken was studied. Compared with the control,all trial groups of daily gain of the starter and finisher were significantly high.The daily gain of the trial group Ⅲ was significantly higher than the trial group Ⅰ which was same as the trial group Ⅱ in the starter. Apparently,the trial group Ⅲ was also the highest in the finisher. Feed intake was not significant between trial group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ in starter higher. In finisher and all period, trial group Ⅰ and trial group Ⅱwas significantly different. Group Ⅲ was much higher than group I and Ⅱ in every period. For feed-gain ratio,the trial groups was lower than the control in the starter,and the trial group Ⅲ was the lowest in all groups in the starter and finisher. After a slaughter trial was performed,weight,carcass percentage,eviscerated percentage,semi-eviscerated percentage,leg muscle percentage and chest muscle percentage was not apparently different between the trial groups and the control. In pH trial, significant differences were found between the control and trial group Ⅰ. Besides, the control group had a slight different with the trial group Ⅱ and Ⅲ. In the shear force,the trial group Ⅰ was not significantly different with the control and the trial group Ⅲ was lower than other groups. The results showed that,compared with control group,it was statistically significant for the daily feed intake,daily gain increased,and feed conversion rate decreased that chicks was fed with the daily ration including 4%-12%potato protein.
