蜡样芽孢杆菌PAS38对肉仔鸡生长性能及免疫功能的影响

Effects of Bacillus cereus PAS38 on Growth Performance and Immune Function of Broilers

摘要: 为了研究蜡样芽孢杆菌PAS38制剂对肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响,选用80只7日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡,随机分成2组,每组4个重复,每个重复10羽,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.05%的蜡样芽孢杆菌PAS38制剂,试验期35 d。结果显示:试验组鸡体质量及净增质量均比对照组高,但仅在28 d时差异显著(P<0.05),空肠和回肠淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性均显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);试验组的胸腺和脾脏指数在28,42 d时显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),法氏囊指数在42 d时显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组血清免疫球蛋白含量均高于显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),42 d时试验组血清中IL-2和IFN-γ含量高于对照组(P>0.05),IL-4含量低于对照组(P>0.05);试验组肉鸡的胸腺和法氏囊组织中IL-2、IFN-γ、GBP1、IRF1的mRNA表达量均有不同程度地高于对照组,IL-10 mRNA转录水平低于对照组;IL-4 mRNA转录水平在胸腺组织中显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而在法氏囊组织中则显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)低于对照组。结果表明,蜡样芽孢杆菌PAS38具有促进肉鸡的生长性能和增强肠道消化酶活性,促进免疫器官的发育,并且通过调节免疫相关基因mRNA的表达来提高机体的非特异性免疫和细胞免疫。

Abstract: The paper was designed to investigate the effects of Bacillus cereus PAS38 on growth performance and immune function of broilers. A total of 80 7-day-old Arbor Acres(AA) broilers were randomly divided into 2 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 broilers in per replicate. The control group was fed the basal diet, and the treatment group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.05% the additive of Bacillus cereus PAS38. The experiment was conducted for 35 d. The results showed: The body weight and weight gain of broilers in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, but the difference was significant at 28 d(P<0.05). Amylase and protease activities in the ileum and jejunum of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The index of thymus and bursa fabricii in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group at 28 d and 42 d(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the bursa fabricii index was significant at 42 d(P<0.05). The serum immunoglobulin content of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The serum IL-2 and IFN-γ levels of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P>0.05) and IL-4 content was lower than that of the control group at 42 d(P>0.05). The mRNA expression levels of IL-2, IFN-γ, GBP1 and IRF1 in the thymus and the bursa fabricii of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, and the IL-10 mRNA transcription level was lower than that of the control group; IL-4 mRNA transcription level of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group in the thymus(P<0.05), but it was significantly lower(P<0.05) and extremely significant(P<0.01) in the bursa fabricii. It is concluded that Bacillus cereus PAS38 could promote the growth performance of broilers, increase the activities of intestinal digestive enzymes, stimulate the development of immune organs, and improve the non-specific immunity and cellular immunity by regulating the expression of mRNA of immune-related genes.
