玉米品种抗旱生理生化指标研究

摘要: 筛选与抗旱性有关的五项生理生化指标,测定15个玉米杂交种缺水胁迫下与正常水分情况下各项指标的比率(相对值),采用聚类分析法对品种耐旱性进行分类。根据聚类系统树图,15个品种可分为四类,即抗旱性表现为强、较强、一般、弱。采用多元分析方法分析,结果表明:抗旱性不同的品种,五项指标平均值向量间存在显著差异(P<0.001),且差异主要由RWC、MDA含量、叶绿素含量决定。可溶性糖含量和POD变化不明显,对品种的抗旱性影响不大。说明在玉米杂交种抗旱性评价中,RWC、MDA含量及叶绿素含量是可靠性较高的生理生化指标,应首先予以考虑选用。

Abstract: "After selecting five physiological and biochemical indexes relevant to drought resistance,the ratios(relative values) of the indexes under drought stress to those under normal water conditions were montiored to assess maize drought tolerance.Based on these physiological and biochemical indexes,15 maize varieties were divided into four categories according to cluster analysis,namely,strong drought-resistance,higher drought resistance,moderately drought resistance,drought-sensitive.Multivariate analysis of variance shows that there are significant differences between the groups(P 0.001)and the drought resistance among the maize varieties are mainly determined by the RWC,MDA content,and chlorophyll content.Soluble sugar content and POD don't change significantly,their effect on drought resistance of maize is limited.This study results show that in the evaluation of drought resistance of maize,the relative water content,MDA content,chlorophyll content are the physiological and biochemical indexes that should be first considered."
