穗生长发育阶段水分逆境对超级稻叶片丙二醛含量的影响

The Effect of Water Adversity on Malondialdehyde Content in Super Rice Leaves During Panicle Growth and Development Stage

摘要: 通过水分仪结合称重法人为控制土壤水分的盆栽试验,研究了穗生长发育阶段水分逆境胁迫条件对不同类型超级稻叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:在幼穗分化开始至分化后30 d,不同时段的水分逆境均导致叶片丙二醛含量明显增加,加速了叶片膜脂过氧化,并且所受影响的程度随生育时间的增加、控水天数的延长以及叶位的降低而加重。水分逆境导致叶片尤其是下部叶片膜脂过氧化作用增强,丙二醛含量显著升高,倒三叶丙二醛含量最高,增加的程度也最大,其次是倒二叶,剑叶相对较低。不同品种受水分逆境影响的程度不同,普通杂交稻汕优63受影响较大,其次是超级稻Ⅱ优602,超级稻两优培九和国稻6号受影响相对较小,对水分逆境的敏感性不同品种表现有差异。

Abstract: With experiment cultivated in pots and contrived simulation of water adversity,method to determine soil moisture by electronic balance(made in Shanghai)and W.E.T Sensor(ML2x type,made in USA),the effect of water adversity on malondialdehyde(MDA,membrane lipid peroxidation product)content in leaves of different type super rice varieties from beginning to 30 d after panicle initiation was studied.The results showed that water treatment accelerated membrane lipid peroxidation and leaded to MDA content raise significantly,moreover,the influencing degree enhanced with growing process,lasting days of water controlled and leaf position fall.The MDA content in rice leaf was increased by water treatment,especially under-layer leaf,which obviously leaded to damage of enzyme and cell membrane,accordingly affected cell normal physiological metabolism.The MDA content and its increment of the 3rd leaf from top was higher,secondarily the 2nd leaf from top,and the effect flag leaf was relevantly lower.The effect of water adversity on MDA content in different rice varieties showed difference because of different sensitivity to stress,the influence of Shanyou 63 was greater,next,Ⅱyou 602,that of Liangyoupeijiu and Guodao 6 was less.
