苗期不同水分处理对菜心部分生理指标的影响

摘要: 以油青60天为供试材料研究苗期不同水分处理对菜心相对含水量、叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛等生理指标的影响,以期为菜心土壤水分胁迫研究和提高菜心的抗旱能力提供参考。结果表明:在处理的第0~8天,各处理间菜心叶片的相对含水量、叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛的含量并无显著变化;随着胁迫时间的延长,叶片相对含水量迅速下降,与对照相比差异达显著或极显著水平;在处理第14天时,完全不浇水处理的叶绿素含量增加,与对照相比达显著水平;脯氨酸含量急剧增加,比对照增加了6.24倍,而可溶性糖含量和丙二醛含量与对照相比,分别增加了24.4%和49.6%。

Abstract: In order to provide theoretical basis for their water supply during growing of Brassica chinensis L.var. parachinensis (Bailey), studies on the effect of different treatments on physiological indices of seeding was done under different soil water stress. The indices included the relative water content,chlorophyll content,proline content,soluble sugar content and malondialdehyde concent. The seeding were used as experimental material through artificial control of water to determine the relative water content,chlorophyll content,proline content,soluble sugar content and malondialdehyde concent. The result showed that in the first 0 to 8 d,there were no significant change in the relative water content,chlorophyll content,proline content,soluble sugar content and malondialdehyde concent between different water treatments. With the stress time extension,relative water content decreased rapidly compared with the control,the differences were significant or very significant. Under severe soil water stress condition,the chlorophyll content increased steadily compared with the control. The proline content,soluble sugar content and malondialdehyde concent are significantly increased with the degree of soil water stress.
