摘要： 对55份不同来源的丹参材料,采用扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)标记,对丹参种质资源在DNA水平上进行遗传多样性研究,利用NTSYSpc 2.1软件采用非加权配对算术平均法(UPGMA)方法进行聚类分析和计算遗传距离,构建遗传系统进化树。筛选得到的6对引物的扩增片段具有丰富的多态性,丹参种质资源存在很大的遗传变异,它们之间的相似系数为0.23~0.76,聚类分析将丹参种质资源分为4个主要类群。丹参种质资源存在丰富的遗传多态性,AFLP聚类分析结果与表型特征不完全一致,可能是基因型和环境共同作用于表型的结果。

Abstract: Amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) was carried out to analyze genetic variation of 55 Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.collected in China,Unweighted pair-group method of with arithmetical averages(UPGMA) cluster analysis using NTSYspc 2.1 soft was used to constructed a dendrogram to estimated the genetic distances among the populations.All populations could be uniquely distinguished using 6 selected primer combinations,similarity coefficients ranged from 0.23 to 0.76 among the populations,dendrogram revealed distinct segregation of all the germplasms into four main groups.There is great genetic diversity within the tested 55 collections in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge,AFLP based phylogeny was not absolutely consistent with the based on morphological characters may be due to the interaction effect between genotype and environment.
