新疆8个棉花品种(系)的指纹图谱分析

Fingerprinting Analysis for 8 Cultivars(Lines)of Xinjiang

摘要: 利用ISSR对8个新疆品种(系)进行指纹图谱构建。通过基因组多态性分析,从60条引物中筛选到11条扩增效果好的引物,用其中2条引物UBC809,UBC841建立8个品种的指纹图谱,统计品种鉴定的置信概率达到1/8388608。结果显示,ISSR分子标记技术对棉花品种的指纹图谱构建具有高效性和准确性。

Abstract: ISSR(Inter simple sequence repeat) markers were used to find reliable fingerprint to identify 8 cotton cultivars in this paper.A total of 60 primers being polymorphic and informative selected out of 11 ISSR markers localized in cotton genetic linkages.By genome screening and data analysis,an acceptable DNA fingerprint was constructed with 2 primers UBC809,UBC841 that could be used to identify these cotton cultivars with 1/8388608 of probability.The results indicated ISSR marker was effective highly and accuracy for identifying varieties of cotton.
