铬胁迫对芹菜养分吸收及抗氧化系统的影响

摘要: 以芹菜为载体,喷施不同浓度的Cr3+溶液,试验结果表明:芹菜叶、叶柄内富铬量与喷施Cr3+溶液的浓度呈正相关。喷施Cr3+溶液浓度为20~40 mg/kg,能提高芹菜叶、叶柄内N,P,K营养元素和叶绿素的含量,增强抗氧化酶活性。

Abstract: Cr3+ solutions of different concentration were sprinkled on celery. Results show that the content of Cr3+ in leaves and petioles is in positive correlation with the concentration of the solution. Sprinkling the solution of Cr3+ of the concentration 20-40 mg/kg will increase the content of nutrient and chlorophyll in leaves and petioles and strengthen the antioxygenic enzymic activity.
