温度对大瓶螺心率与卵孵化速率的影响

摘要: 水温对大瓶螺心率的影响,在7~38℃之间心率随温度上升而加快,超过40℃心率下降.致死温度的上、下限为47℃和3 ℃.卵发育的生物学零度为15.4℃,孵化的有效积温为161.3℃,孵化的最适温度范围25~30℃,温度≥34℃,孵化速度为零.

Abstract: The effect of temperature on heart beat of the Amazonian fresh water snail, Ampullaria gigas Spix was observed in a water bath under controlled temperature. It was found that the heart beat increased with temperature under 38℃, and then decreased above 40℃. The thermal death point is 47℃ and the zero point is 3℃.A temperature gradient incubator was constructed to study the response of incubation to temperature. The results may be summarized as follows: the developmental zero for the egg is 15.4℃.The optimum temperature for incubation is 25-30℃. The egg does not incubate over 34℃. The effective accumulated temperature for incubation is 161.3 degree-days.The above results are highly important for snail breeding.
