摘要: 功能性寡糖作为新型的绿色饲料添加剂,具有广阔的应用前景。文章综述了功能性寡糖的概念、分类、结构特点以及功能性寡糖对动物免疫机能的影响及其作用机理,为下一步的研究与应用提供理论依据。

关键词: 功能性寡糖, 动物, 免疫, 作用机理

Abstract: As one of the new-type green feed additives, functional oligosaccharides have wide application prospects. This article reviewed the conception, classification and structure characteristics of functional oligosaccharides,as well as the effects of functional oligosaccharides on animal immune system and action mechanism, which providedreferences for further research and application.
