UV-B辐射增强对大豆叶片活性氧代谢及籽粒产量的影响

Effects of Enhanced UV-B Radiation on Grain Yield and Reactive Oxygen Species Metabolism in Soybean Leaves

摘要: 对大豆植株进行紫外(UV-B)辐射增强试验,研究了UV-B增强对大豆籽粒产量及活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明,增强UV-B辐射导致大豆株粒数、百粒质量及株粒质量下降;大豆叶片MDA含量、相对电导率显著上升,膜脂过氧化程度加剧;O2.-产生速率和H2O2含量增加;SOD活性呈波动性变化,除在分枝期有所升高,其余各时期均低于CK处理;CAT活性除在结荚期显著升高,整个生育期呈下降趋势,且总体表现为大于CK处理;POD活性呈现先升后降的趋势,各个时期均高于CK处理。说明紫外辐射增强使大豆叶片受到活性氧损伤,抑制了大豆的正常生长,从而导致大豆籽粒产量降低。

Abstract: In recent years,depletion of earth′s stratosphere ozone layer is one of the most serious environmental problems.The enhanced Ultraviolet-B radiation due to the destruction of ozone layer has greatly affects plant growth and development.The response of grain yield and reactive oxygen species metabolism in soybean leaves to enhanced UV-B radiation was investigated in this paper.The results showed that grains per plant,number of pods per plant and 100-seed weight decreased.Compared to the CK treatment,enhanced UV-B treatment significantly increased MDA and H2O2 content(P0.05),relative electrical conductivity and O-·2 production rate(P0.05).Activity of POD increased at branching and flowering stage,then it decreased at podding and filling stage,which was higher than the CK treatment at all of growing stages.Activity of CAT was lower than the CK treatment at flowering stage but higher at the other stages.SOD activity was higher than the CK treatment at branching stage but lower than the CK treatment at the other stages.It can be concluded that UV-B radiation stress has negative effects on soybean leaves on account of oxidative damage,which restrains soybean development and results in decreasing of yield.
