小麦遗传资源抗白粉病基因的STS标记检测

Detecting of Powdery Mildew Resistance Genes from Wheat Genetic Resources by Using STS Markers

摘要: 从小麦中筛选抗白粉病基因,为小麦抗病育种提供抗病亲本,为育种后代抗病基因鉴定提供理论依据和技术支撑。以河北省保存的65份小麦遗传资源为材料,利用STS标记技术,对其所携带的抗白粉病基因进行检测。结果表明:检测出携带Pm21、Pm4a和csLV34抗白粉病基因的品种各一个,分别为金禾7178、河农7069和秋麦。这些资源可以作为抗病亲本在小麦抗白粉病育种中利用。

Abstract: Screening powdery mildew resistance genes from wheat Genetic resources was conducted,so that re- sistance genes can be provided for powdery mildew resisitant breeding and theoretical basis and technical support was laided for identification resistance genes in breeding offspring. 65 accessions of wheat genetic resources from Hebei were used for identifying resistance genes using STS markers. The results showed that variety Jinhe 7178, He- nong 7069 and Qiumai,carrying Pm21,Pm4a and csLV34 powdery mildew resistance genes respectively. Those vari- eties as parents.can be used for wheat powdery mildew resistance breeding.
