摘要: 目前应用于棉花遗传转化的主要转基因技术是农杆菌介导、基因枪和花粉管通道导入外源基因等方法。本研究对这3种方法的技术特点、研究动态及其在棉花分子育种中的应用进行了综述。

Abstract: There are three major methods that have been usually employed in cotton genetic transformation knowing as agrobacterium-mediated gene transfer, particle bombardment gene transfer and pollen tube pathway gene transfer. In this paper, their basic principles, technical characters, development and application were reviewed.
