摘要： 从菊芋中提取菊粉，以探讨菊粉对猪肉中-甲基吲哚（粪臭素）的影响.试验是在基础日粮中分别添加0.25%，0.5%和1%的菊粉饲喂生长育肥猪，屠宰测定猪肉脂肪组织的-甲基吲哚含量。结果表明，这些处理组的-甲基吲哚含量较对照组（饲喂基础日粮）分别下降12.52%，4.7%和45.17%，其中1%菊粉组与对照组之间呈显著性差异。

Abstract: The effect of inulin extracted from helianthus tuberosus on 3-methylindole in the meat of pigs was investigated.Growing and fattening pigs were fed with basal diet containing 0.25%,0.5% and 1% inulin respectively.The pigs were slaughtered to determine 3-methylindole(skadole) in the adipose tissue of the pig meat.The results showed that 3-methylindole in the meat of the objects reduced by 12.52%,34.37% and 45.17% respectively compared to the control group(fed with normal diet).There was a significant difference between the 1% inulin diet group and the control group
