摘要： 以高粱A₃雄性不育系A₃299，A₃2457，A₃JW；相应的保持系B₃299，B₃2457，B₃JW；恢复系1174及用恢复系1174与3个A₃不育系组配成3个杂交种的F1，F2群体为材料，分析高粱A₃类型后代花粉碘染色率与田间自交结实率之间的关系。结果表明：田间3个F₁组合的套袋结实率为10%~70%，平均约为50%，与花粉染色率相当。3个组合F₂可育与不育单株比约为1：1，育性分离不同于配子体模式，也不符合孟德尔分离规律。R_T与R_0.75和R_1.0存在极显著的回归关系，与R_0.25存在显著的回归关系，回归方程为R_T=0.188 R_0.25+0.832 R_0.75+0.933 R_1.0，品种间存在差异。

Abstract: In this study,the association of self-fruitful rate and rate of pollen stained with 1%F₂-KI of A₃ cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS) in Sorghum was analyzed with three cytoplasmic male sterile lines and maintainer lines(A₃299/B₃299,A₃2457/B₃2457,A₃JW/B₃JW),one restorer(1174) and F₁ and F₂ populations of three cross classifications(A₃299×1174,A₃2457×1174,A₃ JW×1174).The results demonstrated that self-fruitful ratio of F-1 populations of three cross classifications were 10%-70%,the average being 50%,which were equivalent to the rates of pollen stained with 1%F₂-KI.Ratio of fertile plants to sterile plants of F_2 populations of three cross classifications were 1:1,which were not coincident to law of gemetophyte segregation and Mendel's law of segregation.There was the most significant liner regression between R_T and R_0.75),R_1.0),and significant liner regression between R_T and R_0.25,which regression equation was:R_T=0.188 R_0.25+0.832 R_0.75)+0.933 R_1.0),and there was difference in cross classifications.
