摘要: 用高抗TuMV的高代自交系91-112和高感TuMV的小孢子双单倍体系T12-19杂交的F1植株进行小孢子培养,多次继代培养使小孢子再生苗安全越夏,再经移栽驯化后进行低温处理,定植到日光温室.通过加强田间管理,有效地提高了小孢子培养生产双单倍体的成功率和结实水平,得到一个具有146个白菜双单倍体系的作图群体.

Abstract: Microspore culture was carried out in hybrid plants between a high generation inbred line 91-112 and a DH line T12-19, which are high resistant and susceptible to TuMV, respectively. The survive frequency of regenerated plants and seed set of DH plants were highly improved by successive subculture during summer, low temperature treatment after domestication and transplanted in greenhouse. A DH population with 146 lines was obtained.
