河北省小麦品种高分子量谷蛋白亚基遗传变异分析

Genetic Variation of HMW Glutenin Subunits among Hebei Wheat Varieties

摘要: 采用SDS-PAGE技术对河北省近40年来育成的小麦品种的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基的遗传变异进行了研究。在这些品种中,Glu1位点具有较丰富的遗传变异,共监测到11种亚基和11种亚基组合类型,品质评分在5~10之间,品质评分有上升的趋势,1995年以后的育成种优质强筋亚基出现的频率显著增加,品质评分显著上升。鉴定出一批含优质亚基的品种供育种利用。

Abstract: The genetic variation at Glu 1 locus among Hebei wheat variety,which have been cultivated in the last 40 years,was investigated using SDS-PAGE.The high level of genetic variation at Glu 1 locus was observed.Totally 11 subunit patterns and 11 subunit combinations were detected in these cultivars.The mean quality score ranged form 5 to 10 and had ascending trend with time.The high quality subunit frequency of varieties cultivated after 1995 were obviously increased.A batch of varieties containing high quality subunit,which had been identified,were used in breeding.
