小麦幼胚无性系麦谷蛋白亚基变异研究

Glutenin Variation in Seed of Somaclones Derived from Immature Embryo of Wheat

摘要: 对通过辐射诱变获得的323个无性系进行了SDS-PAGE电泳分析,结果表明,小麦储藏蛋白变异几率随愈伤辐射剂量的增强而增加,但是随辐射剂量的增加,愈伤存活率、绿苗再生率也随之剧烈降低.同时分析了麦谷蛋白变异类型及其与植株形态变异的关系,提出了小麦幼胚愈伤组织辐射诱变的适宜剂量.

Abstract: Glutenin of 323 somaclones seeds derived from immature embryo of w heat w as investig ated using SDS-PAGE .The results showed that significant changes of bands in glutenin w ere found, compared with the donor plant s .The variations of bands including both high and low molecular w eights .The losses of specific protein band of Glu-1D and that of Glu-1By and 1Dy w ere fi rst ly repo rted in this paper .The influences of irriadation intensity on glutenin and phenotype variation were also discussed and proper irriadation intensity w as recommended .
