耐盐性不同的近等基因系小麦生理性状的比较研究

Physiological Characteristics of Near-isogenic Lines Wheat with Different Salt Tolerance

摘要: 比较耐盐性不同的近等基因系小麦在盐胁迫(1%NaCl)条件下,其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及叶片质膜透性这几个生理指标的变化,结果表明,盐胁迫条件下,耐盐性强的RH8706-49材料SOD活性显著低于耐盐性差的H8706-34,丙二醛(MDA)含量以及叶片质膜透性也显著低于耐盐性差的H8706-34。

Abstract: Near-isogenic lines wheat with different salt tolerance were compared for their SOD activities, malondialdehyde (MDA) contents, and leaf plasmalemma permeability under non saltstress(0 NaCl) and salt-stress(1% NaCl) conditions. The results indicated that SOD activity, MDA content, and leaf plasmalemma permeability of the high salt-tolerant materials were signif-icantly lower than that of the low salt-tolerant materials.
