摘要: 从生理生化角度进一步揭示水稻免疫育苗的抗性机制。试验结果表明,在激发接种后,利用水稻免疫育苗方法培育的秧苗的膜质过氧化程度低于普通旱育秧苗,免疫秧苗体内木质素和绿原酸等抗病物质的积累高于普通旱育秧苗,这可能是免疫秧苗抗病性增强的原因。

Abstract: The relationship between resistance of immunological rice(IR) seedlings and common rice(CR) seedlings and their physiological and biochemical reactions were studied further to reveal the resistant mechanism of IR seedlings. The results showed that the level of membrane lipid peroxidation of IR seedlings was lower than that of CR seedlings after inoculation, and the lignin content and chlorogenic acid content in IR seedlings were higher than those of CR seedlings, which are the probable reasons that the resistance of IR seedlings to pathogen infection was stronger than that of CR seedlings.
