Identification of Haynaldia villosa Translocation Lines with Resistant Gene to Powdery Mildew in Wheat by AFLP Analysis

摘要: 对4个小簇麦及小麦亲本和抗源供体簇毛麦进行了AFLP分析,确定了4个小簇麦是均含有一段簇毛麦DNA的易位系。从得到的3个与该基因可能较紧密连锁的标记和7个不太紧密连锁的标记中,推测4个易位系中簇毛麦DNA的长短不一样。文中还讨论了AFLP作为一种准确、快速鉴定易位系方法的可行性。

Abstract: To identify the resistance for powdery mildew from Haynaldia villosa in 4 wheat-Haynaldia villosa lines, we analysed them and their parents(common wheat, Taiyuan 768 and Haynaldia villosa) by AFLP method. The results suggested that 4 wheat-Haynaldia villosa lines were all translocations and their resistant genes come from Haynaldia villosa. From 3 markers probably close-linked to the resistant gene and 7 markers it is infered that the lengths of DNAs from Haynaldia villosa are different. AFLP is a reliable and efficient method for the identification of translocation.
