摘要： 以NDLaSota株，呼吸道型IB（RIB）H₁₂₀株或肾型IB（KIB）SN₉₃₀₁株和EDSXN₉₂₀₃株为制苗毒株，分别经鸡胚和鸭胚增殖后甲醛灭活。灭活毒液依毒价按比例混合加入油佐剂中，乳化制成“ND-RIB-EDS”和“ND-KIB-EDS两种三联油乳剂苗。测试结果表明：三联疫苗安全性好，无毒副作用；乳化度、稳定性和通针性良好；免疫效果好，用三联苗免疫20日龄鸡，免疫后14、28、58d，ND、RIB、KIB、EDS的HI抗体均可达70和9.2log2以上。于免疫后60d用相应强毒攻击，83.3%~100%的鸡获有效保护。疫苗保存期长，常温避光180d和4℃左右360d，免疫效果与新制苗无明显差异。

Abstract: Using ND La Sota strain,respiratory tract type IB(RIB)H₁₂₀ strain or kidney type IB(KIB)SN₉₃₀₁ strain and EDS XN₉₂₀₃ strain as vaccine strains.After proliferation through chicken and duck embryos,inactivate with formaldehyde.Mix the inactivated viral liquid with oil adjuvant as per the viral titer to produce by means of emulsification "ND-RIB-EDS" and "ND-KIB-EDS" triplex oil emulsion vaccine.the prepared triplex vaccine shows that:1：The vaccine is safe itself ,having no side effects to chicken,being good in the degree of emulsification,stableness and stylet.2:The immunologic effect is good.Immunize chickens of 20 days with the triplex vaccine.On the 14th,28th and 58th day after immunization,the antibodies of ND,RIB,KIB and EDS can more than 7.0 and 9.2 log2.60 days after immunization,challenge with the virulent strain of ND,RIB and KIB,83.3% to 100% of the immunized chickens are effectively protected.3:The Preservation period is long,being 180 days.(room temperature and out of reach of light )and 360 days (about 4℃).The immunologic effect shows no obvious difference with newly-prepared vaccine.
