谷子潮霉素抗性浓度的筛选与研究

摘要: 谷子组织培养不同阶段(愈伤组织、分化再生苗和根)潮霉素抗性浓度均在5mg/L明显敏感,最高临界浓度为10mg/L。米粒的潮霉素抗性浓度偏高10mg/L开始敏感,最高临界浓度15mg/L。潮霉素抗性浓度的筛选为检测谷子转几丁质酶基因奠定基础。

Abstract: The result of experiment showed that callus differentiation regrowthes and roots become sensitivity when the resistance concentration of hygromycin in culture medium reached 5 mg/L.The critical concentration is 10 mg/L.Husked millet become sensitivity when the concentration reached 10 mg/L.The critical concentration is 15 mg/L.The resistance concentration of hygromycin selected is the basis for testing transgenes millet plant.
