谷子品种资源营养品质分析及抗病性鉴定

摘要: 对1579份谷子品种资源的蛋白质、脂肪含量进行了分析,并对其中的1468份进行了谷瘟病抗性鉴定,结果表明,谷子品种蛋白质含量多集中在11.75%~14.74%,脂肪含量在3.04%~4.54%,且两者存在极显着的正相关;抗谷瘟病品种占参试品种的50%以上。

Abstract: The paper analyzed the contents of protein and fat and their interrelation, diagnosed millet blast resistance in millet varieties in Henan Province. The results indicated that the contents of protein and fat in most varieties were 11.74-13.74%, 3.54-4.54%, respectively, and a high significantly correlation existed between them. Above 50% varieties showed the property of millet blast resistance.
