萘乙酸对番茄钙素吸收运转的影响

摘要: 采用45CaCl2标记的方法研究了番茄不同器官喷施萘乙酸对钙素吸收和运转的影响;根部标记45CaCl2的情况下,喷施萘乙酸的器官,单位干重45Ca的放射性强度及整个器官总放射性强度明显增加,尤以果实的增加幅度最为显着。叶面标记比根部标记更有利于钙素向果实运转。

Abstract: This article are researched on the effect of tomato dfferent organ spraied by NAA on the absorption and transporation of 45 Ca by using the 45 CaCl2 labeled method, the results indicated that when the roots labeled by 45 CaCl2 and fruit stembranch, whole plant spraied by NAA, the 45 Ca radiation intensity of organ unit dry weight and the whole organ 45 Ca radiation intensity increased significatly, the 45 Ca importation amount increased esepcially significant when the fruit face spraied by NAA.
