黄瓜对外源糖吸收和运转的研究

摘要: 用含有14C标记的外源糖(葡萄糖和蔗糖)的示踪试验表明,外源糖引入2d即可运转到植株各个部位,果实、幼嫩茎、叶等库性器官的持有量占较大比例;黄瓜对外源葡萄糖的吸收量显着多于蔗糖;根系对外源葡萄糖的外泌现象重于蔗糖,从而对根系不同外源糖的持有量产生极显着的影响。

Abstract: Tracer experiment of exogenous sugars(glucose and sucrose),which marked with 14C,suggested that 14C could be translocated to every part of plant 2 days after their introduction .The absorption amount of exogenous 14C-glucose by cucumber was much more than that of 14C-sucrose.In the exosmosis amount of exogenous sugars in roots,glucose was greater than sucrose,which made an extremely significant influence on the amount of g lucose and sucrose in roots.
