大白菜不同叶位叶片乙烯释放特性和对外源乙烯的反应

摘要: 对大白菜采后离体叶片乙烯释放进行分析发现大白菜不同品种有不同的乙烯释放特性。相同离体叶片组进行比较,品种Nemesis乙烯释放量低于品种Parkins.在贮藏期间Nemesis最外层叶片释放量高于其他叶片,其他叶片几乎无乙烯释放;Parkins中间叶片乙烯释放量最高,而最外层叶片乙烯释放量最低。离体叶片对外源乙烯的反应和叶片衰老程度没有直接关系,叶片内源乙烯释放量高,外源乙烯处理后乙烯释放增加量也高。

Abstract: Ethylene production of detached leaves from two Chinese cabbage cultivars (Nemesis and Parkins) was studyed Each cultivar had its charateristic of ethylene production from detached leaves and the production pattern of each group was also different Group 1 from Nemesis had the greatest production,while group 3 from Parkins had the greatest one Group 1(outer leaves)from Nemesis had high sensitivity to external ethylene(1 μL/L)and other groups from Nemesis showed no response even to 2 μL/L ethylene The leaves from Parkins had different sensitivities to external ethylene,which were not as high as outer leaves from Nemesis Ethylene production was not positively correlated with leaf age and leaves had different sensitivities to external ethylene.
