摘要: 试验结果表明,番茄的抗病品种中游离态Put(腐胺)和Spd(亚精胺)的含量较高,且游离态Spd/Spm(精胺)显着高于感病品种。番茄植株中结合态Put和Spd的含量低于游离态且感病品种高于抗病品种。TMV(烟草花叶病病毒)侵染使得番茄抗、感品种植株体内游离态和结合态多胺的水平不同程度地提高。一般地说,Put的含量在接种后48h之前大量合成,而Spm的含量在接种48h之后上升幅度较大。总之,较高含量的游离态Put和Spd及较大的游离态Spd/Spm值有利于植株抗病。

Abstract: The changes of free and conjugated polyamines level in tomato seedling treated with TMV were studied in this study.The results suggest that:(1) The polyamine levels in free and conjugated forms were different in TMV resistsnce and suseptible seedlings of tomato.The levels of free Put and Spd and the ratios of Spd/Spm were higher in resistant plants than in susceptible ones,relatively,the conjugated Put and Spd’s levels were lower than that of the free ones and they were higher in susceptible plants than in resistant plants.(2)The polyamine’s levels of free and conjugated forms were raised to different levels in seedlings after inoculated with TMV.The research results indicated that the increase in the level of free Spd and the increase in the ratio of free Spd/Spm were both beneficial to the promotion of the resistance to virus diseases .
