摘要： 1993～1994年鉴定了120份不同果枝类型的品种，分析了0（零）、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型果枝品种群体的20多项农艺经济性状的表型表现、变异和相关性。结果表明，第5、6果枝第二果节间距的长短能较好地反映果枝类型；株型紧凑群体（尤其是有限果枝群体）的农艺经济性状有较大变异，这对杂交育种和遗传选择有较大潜力；与果枝类型显着相关的性状有果节距、果枝始节、果枝长、叶片厚度、铃重、2.5%跨长等。还对0、Ⅰ型果枝种质需要改良的性状进行了深入的讨论，并提供了具有单项或多项理想性状和0、Ⅰ型种质。

Abstract: Phenotype performance,variance and correlation of more than 20 agronomic and economic characters oF 4 varietal populations with fruit branch type 0,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were analy zed in 1993—1994.The results showed that the second internode length of the fifth and sixth branch was a better response to fruit branch type.Agronomic and economic characters of tight plant types,especially limited fruit branch populations had more variation which could bring out more potentiality for hybrid breeding and genetic selection.Internode length,the first node of fruit branch,fruit branch length,leaf thickness,cotton boll weight,2.5% span length significantly related to fruit branch types.The characters of fruit branch type 0,Ⅰwere futher discussed and provided more desirable type 0,Ⅰ germplasm.
