干旱和复水对棉花叶片几种生理指标的影响

摘要: 土壤干旱导致棉花叶片细胞膜透性明显增大,硝酸还原酶活性、光合速率下降。耐旱性较强的棉花材料BPA68,细胞膜透性增加幅度和硝酸还原酶活性及光合速率下降幅度均小于中等耐旱品种中棉12号。复水48h后细胞膜透性、硝酸还原酶活性和光合速率恢复程度与品种的耐旱性、生育期有关。

Abstract: Soil drought caused the increase of cell membrane permeability and the decrease of nitrate reductase activity and photosynthetic rate of cotton (Gossypium)leaves.The increase of cell membrane permeability and the decrease of nitrate reductase activity and photosynthetic rate of strong drought-resistant cotton material BPA68 was obvious lower than that of moderate drought-resistant cotton material Zhongmian 12.There was a certain relation between the recovering degree of cell membrane permeability and nitrate reductase activity and photosynthetic rate in rewatering 48 hours and the cotton variety drought-resistant and growth phase.
