高粱A1、A2型核质互作雄性不育性遗传的初步研究

摘要: 本试验表明,A1型雄性不育性是由细胞质不育基因S1与核内两对隐性不育基因ms1ms1 ms2ms2共同控制.A2型雄性不育性是由细胞质不育基因S2与核内一对隐性不育基因ms2ms2共同控制.相对的显性恢复基因MS1MS1 MS2MS2是独立遗传的,不存在累加效应,两对显性基因都与S1存在互作关系,只要有其中一对就可实现对A1细胞质不育系的恢复.A2细胞质雄性不育系则只有MS2MS2基因才能恢复.MS1MS1基因在A2细胞质遗传背景下失去了显性恢复作用,成为S2的非互作基因.雄性不育的核质互作具有普遍性和对应性,保持系则具有多样性.

Abstract: The present experiment shows that A1 type male sterility is mutually-controlled by cytoplasmic sterile gene’S1 and 2 pairs of nuclear recessive sterile genes ms,ms,and ms}msz,and A1 type male sterility is mutually controlled by cytoplasmic sterile gene S2and a Pair of nuclear recessive gene ms1ms1.The corresponding dominant restoring genes MS1MS1 and MS2MS2 can be inherited independently,without additive effect, Both pairs of dominant genes exercise interaction with S,,either pair can restore A2 type cytoplasmic sterile line, But only MSZMS:gene can restore A2type.cytoplasmic male sterile line, MS,NIS, gene in the background of A2 types cytoplasmic inheritance has lost the dominant restoring function and become S2's non-interaction gene, The male sterile lines cytoplasmic-nuclear interaction is universal,and has correspondency,while the maintainer line has diversity。
