摘要: 本文研究了乙烯利对高粱抗旱和干旱敏感型品种水势和渗透势的影响.乙烯利处理能显著增加植株叶片的乙烯释放量.在浇水条件下,乙烯利使叶水势、渗透势降低;但在水分胁迫时,乙烯利却使叶水势、渗透势提高.在两种水分状况下,乙烯利处理与不处理植株叶片的气孔阻力相似.不同品种对乙烯利的反应差异随水分处理而异.

Abstract: The effect of ethephon on the water status of a drought resistant and a drought sensitive cultivars of sorghum(Sorghum bicolor(L.) Moench) was investigated. Plants treated with ethephon and plants without ethephon had similar stomatal resistances. Under watered conditions, ethephon lowered, water potential and osmotic.potential of both cultivars; but under water stressed conditions, ethephon increased water potential and osmotic potential of the cultivars. Ethylene release from plants treated with ethephon was much more than that of plants without ethephon.
