辣椒种生漆斑菌的种子带菌和致病性及对光温的反应

摘要: 用吸水纸检验法, 对辣椒种生露湿漆斑茵和疣孢漆斑菌的种子带菌程度, 在种子上的生长特点, 对植株的致病性, 对光照及温度的反应进行了观察。结果表明, 露湿漆斑菌和疣孢漆斑菌的带菌率分别为0.4%和0.3%, 两种菌的检出频率都为3.0%。在种子上的生长特点都以形成黑色粘孢团为特征。人工接种后, 在辣椒叶片上都能导致叶斑。近紫外灯对这两种菌的生长促进效果最好。露湿漆斑菌较适宜的生长温度为24-28℃, 疣孢漆斑茵较适宜的生长温度为28-32℃。

Abstract: Twenty samples of chilli seeds harvested in 1986 from different parts of Beijing were tested by the blotter method for identification of Myro-thecium roridum and Myrothecium verrucaria. Both M. roridutnana M. verrucaria were observed in 6 samples with infection ranging from 0.5 to 3% and 0.5 to 4.5% respectively. They were characterized on seed by the formation of black sporodochia. Each Spor odochium is surrounded by a white, narrow mycelial rim. After 20 days following inoculation can m. roridum and m. verrucaria produce lesions of leaf spots. Both fungi grew best on potato dextrose agar under near ultraviolet light, and daylight was better than darkness. The optimum temperature for growuh was 28℃ for m. roridum and 32℃ for m. verrucaria.
