豫南稻区卡洲满江红养殖、利用技术研究

摘要: 卡洲满江红具有平面、斜向、直立生长三种形态。试验证明,在冬季绝对最低水温-2-0℃断续出现50余天,夏季水温43℃条件下可安全渡过。解决了豫南稻区养红萍冬、夏季死亡的问题,为大面积发展养萍创造了有利条件。定期测定指出,卡洲满江红在全年都能增加产量,其中以4-6月生长最快,一年内每亩累积绿肥产量可达16700公斤。其固氮酶活性比红萍高。是适宜豫南稻区放养的一个优良萍种。

Abstract: Azolla Caroliniana may be growing in water and humid soils,which is a fern,ind possesses three morphology of"level-growing","Ascend-growing","Stand-growing".Experiments demonstrate that under the absolute lowest water-temprcrure 0-2℃ at more than fifty days non-series appearance in winter,and water-tempreture43℃ in summer have not death respectively.Ago the death difficulty of culturable Azollas have been overcome in winter and summer,and it create important and very benefit condition to developmental culture in great area.In fixed time surveying indicate that Azolla Caroliniana can increase yield in a year.Among them,4-6months grow most fast,and the accumulative yield of green manure may obtain 16700kgs permou in a year.By using the acetylene reduction method to test the activity of nitrogenase indicating Azolla Caroliniana obtain the amount of fixing nitrogen higher than Azolla imbricata.Therefore,it is a supreior and propriety culture variety in rice-growing region in the southern part of Henan.
