摘要: 本试验证明,以MS为基本培养基,附加马来酰胼(MH)10PPm,相应地提高糖浓度,对马铃薯种质材料作切段培养,具有明显的抑制生长效果,经六个月试管存保后,培养物的存活率仍能保持百分之百.因此,本试验资料可为马铃薯种质试管保存技术提供参考.

Abstract: This preliminary study shows, the cutting of potato germplasm material inoculated on the MS media with delayed medicament MH (Maleic hyd-razide) grow slowly; stems are strong) leaves are bigger and the color is deep green.They can be storaged a Iong time through summer safely without the equipment of drop temperature. Six months after storage, Potato germp-lasm material is still alive, and the rate of survival is 100%.
